Hi! My name is Alyssa, I am 26 years old and I was diagnosed with (combined) ADHD comorbid anxiety in December of 2017.
After my diagnosis I felt a little lost and ventured into the world of Facebook support groups, online blogs, ADHD books and websites. I started my blog to stay on track and note my accomplishments.
I have never felt like I belonged as much as I do since my diagnosis. This has led me to decide to help my fellow ADHD-ers in any way that I can! I never want someone to feel as lost, stupid and alone as I have felt. This launched me onto my path to become a coach, specializing in ADHD, and training at ADDCA! My goal is to work with my clients to help them to realize that what they are looking for is already a part of who they are. It is just a matter of shining some light onto what they need and bringing it to the surface!
I hope that by sharing my experience and discoveries, you can relate and learn something! In turn I would love to learn from you and hear your feedback and ways that you manage your ADHD brain! ❤
